Dobermann is an Italian rock-trio that was formed in 2012.

Lead vocalist Paul De Bello started off by forming a band called Motorcity Brags. The band toured for 6 years straight with the American guitarist Adam Bomb, and they went through ten different drummers (is this Spinal Tap?..)

In the past Paul has played as a last minute replacement with Guns N Roses drummer Steven Adler and played bass on a track from one of the legends of the 80's: Micheal Monroe.

After Motorcity Brags disbanded in 2012 Dobermann arose.

When they finished recording their first self-titled album they immediately hit the road. In 2014 guitar player Valerio Ricciardi and drummer Antonio Burzotta joined the band as the two new members of Dobermann. Since then they have been touring like crazy, and Antonio has managed to break the cruel drummer joke by still being part of the band.

In 2016 Dobermann hit the studio again where they recorded their latest album Pure Breed, with former Guns N Roses guitarist Bumblefoot and Adam Bomb as special guests. Since then the three have been spending their time touring around Europe in their van, where they have played at all sorts of venues.

 

They have done all of this regardless of not having singed up with a record label yet, so the management, booking and publicity is all  being handled by them self. You gotta admire the work ethics of these guys, especially because they still have the energy to give a great and powerful performance.
